Man Jumps off Empire State Building and Survives.

A man who attempted to commit suicide by jumping off the empire state building this morning survives fall and walks away.

The incident took place early this morning around 8:30 am eastern time , a man was seen climbing over the safety barrier surrounding the top floor of the building. 

Witnesses indicated that the man started flapping his wings as if he were trying to fly like a bird then proceeded to jump from the top floor. The man immediately plummeted to street level and made direct impact with a hotel laundry bin that was full of  hotel sheets and pillows as it was being taken to the back entrance of the building. 

Witnesses at ground level who saw the impact where stunned to see the man climbing out of the bin completely unscathed by the impact. Witnesses rushed to the man to offer aid but the suicidal man started yelling "Daphne!" " Daphne!"  and quickly ran away from the scene. 

The man has yet to be identified, witnesses describe the man as being white, blonde hair about 6ft 2in  and wearing a white shirt with blue collar and a pink scarf tied around his neck.
